  7. Best Process Recommendations • Complete the IL discipline fields for only one log entry per incident. • Run the IL Discipline Report and upload to ISBE only once or twice during the school year as discipline actions may change (e.g., reduced suspensions or suspensions turning into expulsions, etc.)

  10. Select Options • Use the dropdowns to select any options that pertain to the student. • The report will default to 02 (No) for any non-selected fields.
