  1. TIBET

  2. Jean-François Hagenmuller is a high altitude mountain guide and a teacher at the prestigious ski and alpinism school of ENSA in Chamonix. He is also a photographer that has brought back pictures from the mountains around the globe. Not only his pictures have an incredible aesthetical quality, but they also have the originality to be taken by someone who has an intimate daily relationship with the mountain. His dedication to mountain clearly shows through his images where the lights’ intensity of high places dominates alongside the aesthetics of the forms and the materials. Feelings of alpinism in the conjugation of balance, dizziness and movement improve the messages of the pictures.  Jean-François has always been fascinated by photography. His beginnings has a professional go back in 1995 and since then, he has been regularly publishing books, posters, postal cards, calendars as well as articles in various magazines
