  3. Caesarea About eight or ten days later, Festus returned to Caesarea. The next morning he took his place in the courtroom and had Paul brought in. - Acts 25:6

  4. Megiddo "And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son. On that day the weeping in Jerusalem will be great, like the weeping of Hadad Rimmon in the plain of Megiddo. - Zechariah 12:10-11

Nazareth – Church of the Annunciation In the sixth month, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin's name was Mary. The angel went to her and said, "Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you." - Luke 1:26-28

  7. When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, "Who do people say the Son of Man is?" They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets." "But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?"   8. Lake Galilee As Jesus was walking beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon called Peter and his brother Andrew. They were casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen. - Matthew 4:18

  9. Capernaum Then he went down to Capernaum, a town in Galilee, and on the Sabbath began to teach the people. - Luke 4:31

  10. Capernaum And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted up to the skies? No, you will go down to the depths. If the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Sodom, it would have remained to this day. - Matthew 11:23

  11. Tabgha As evening approached, the disciples came to him and said, "This is a remote place, and it's already getting late. Send the crowds away, so they can go to the villages and buy themselves some food." Jesus replied, "They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat." "We have here only five loaves of bread and two fish," they answered. - Matthew 14:17

  12. Tabgha And he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children. - Matthew 14:19-21

  13. Beth She’an The next day, when the Philistines came to strip the dead, they found Saul and his three sons fallen on Mount Gilboa. They cut off his head and stripped off his armor, and they sent messengers throughout the land of the Philistines to proclaim the news in the temple of their idols and among their people. They put his armor in the temple of the Ashtoreths and fastened his body to the wall of Beth Shan. - 1 Samuel 31:8-10

  14. The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. - Psalm 18:2 Masada

  15. When Saul came back after dealing with the Philistines, he was told, "David is now in the wilderness of En Gedi. - 1 Samuel 24:1 Ein Gedi

  16. Western Wall / Dome of the Rock When Solomon finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the LORD filled the temple. - 2 Chronicles 7:1

  17. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts… Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. - Deuteronomy 6:6,8 Western Wall

  18. Golgotha – The Place of the Skull They took Jesus, therefore, and He went out, bearing His own cross, to the place called the Place of a Skull, which is called in Hebrew, Golgotha. - John 19:17

  19. The Garden Tomb Now in the place where He was crucified there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb in which no one had yet been laid. Therefore because of the Jewish day of preparation, since the tomb was nearby, they laid Jesus there. - John 19:41-42

  20. Awaiting the Resurrection The hand of the LORD was upon me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the LORD and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. - Ezekiel 37:1

  21. In this temple and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, I will put my Name forever. - 2 Chronicles 33:7 The Temple Mount in Jerusalem

  22. The Eastern Gate (Golden Gate) And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate facing toward the east. - Ezekiel 43:4

  23. Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, "Sit here while I go over there and pray." - Matthew 26:36 Garden of Gethsemane

  24. It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. - Luke 17:28 Via Dolorosa - Old City, Jerusalem

  25. Biblical Resource Scriptural Gardens – Tent and Fireplace Isaac built an altar there and called on the name of the LORD. There he pitched his tent, and there his servants dug a well. - Genesis 26:25

  26. Each day Jesus was teaching at the temple, and each evening he went out to spend the night on the hill called the Mount of Olives, and all the people came early in the morning to hear him at the temple. - Luke 21:37-38 Temple Remains

  27. Yerushalayim Shel Zahav - Jerusalem of Gold! "Do you see all these great buildings?" replied Jesus. "Not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down." - Mark 13:2

  28. For the LORD your God is bringing you into a good land—a land with streams and pools of water, with springs flowing in the valleys and hills; a land with wheat and barley, vines and fig trees, pomegranates, olive oil and honey; a land where bread will not be scarce and you will lack nothing; a land where the rocks are iron and you can dig copper out of the hills. - Deuteronomy 8:6-9 Dusk in Israel
