  3. Región Fúndica. Coloración: PAS Criterio de identificación: Tiñe carbohidratos en el glucocálix de la membrana celular.

  4. Arteria y vena de mediano calibre. Coloración: Tricromio de Gomory Criterio de identificación: El Tricromio de Gomory tiñe las fibras de colágeno en verde, las fibras musculares lisas en rojo y los núcleos en negro. OJO: LOS NÚCLEOS NO SIEMPRE SE VEN.

  5. PIEL Coloración: Van Gieson Criterio de identificación: Colágeno rojo. Fibras musculares amarillas. Núcleos negros.

  6. Ganglio Linfático. Coloración: Impregnación Argéntica. Criterio de identificación: Las fibras reticulares son NEGRAS.
