The mission of the law enforcement operations at Fort Sill is to provide first-class law enforcement, ensuring safety and security for all personnel. This includes managing patrols, responding to 911 calls, supervising investigations, and community policing initiatives. The operation consists of three divisions: Desk Operations, 911 Dispatch, and Civil Liaison. Additionally, specialized units conduct traffic control, investigations, training, and deploy military working dogs for security support. The overall goal is to protect property, deter crime, and foster a secure environment.

Mission Provide first class law and order through professional enforcement of laws and regulations, protecting property, and reducing/deterring crime to provide a safe and secure environment for all personnel on Fort Sill.
Operations Division 1 of 3 • Desk Operations • Supervise Law Enforcement Operations on Fort Sill • Initiate command notifications • Prepare and distribute Police Blotter and Incident Reports to major commands • Process drunk on duty requests from commanders • Provide redundant communication capabilities during contingencies
Operations Division 2 of 3 • 911 Dispatch • Co-located with Lawton City Dispatch • Receive on-post 911 calls / dispatch patrols • Provide redundant communication capabilities during contingencies • Facilitate seamless coordination when incidents cross Fort Sill/Lawton boundaries
Operations Division 3 of 3 • Civil Liaison • Assist commanders and soldiers on actions concerning legal due process, court actions, serving of legal documents • Assist soldiers without funds to return to their units • Gather information from civil authorities for off-post incidents involving soldiers • Inform commanders of charges and disposition of courts • Assist in the proceedings and escorting of soldiers in civil confinement • Assist unit in reporting and return of AWOL and deserters
Uniform Division 1 of 2 • Responsible for law enforcement patrols on Fort Sill • Conduct random anti-terrorism measures (RAM) • Conduct periodic gate inspections • Community oriented policing (bike patrols, school presence, bike rodeos)
Uniform Division 2 of 2 • Traffic Section • Investigate traffic accidents for tactical vehicles and privately owned vehicles • Provide escorts, traffic control and road closure support • Conduct traffic surveys • Impound abandoned vehicles
Non-Uniform Division 1 of 2 • Investigations Section • Investigate crimes, incidents, and complaints • Process crime scenes • Conduct surveillance operations • Liaison to Social Work Services • Liaison to CID and SJA • Juvenile/gang investigations • Operation under 21
Non-Uniform Division 2 of 2 • Law Enforcement Training Section • Conduct DACP (Department of the Army Civilian Police) Academies • Conduct MP Law Enforcement Certification • Conduct weekly in-service training for DACP/MP • Coordinate for MP School Mobile Training Teams • Conduct limited law enforcement training for non-organic units • Conduct DUI prevention training
Military Working Dogs - K9 • Patrol, narcotic and explosive dog capabilities • Support unit Health & Welfare Inspections • Conduct unit pre / post-deployment inspections • Conduct K9 demonstrations • Provide K9 support to federal and local agencies
