  3. What is Emotional Intelligence? • EQ is about how we process delayed gratification, fear, anger and anxiety.

  4. Why is EQ so Important? • 85% of success is due to EQ. Only 15% is due to IQ.

  5. Why is EQ so Important? • Strong EQ enables you to build healthy relationships.

  6. Why is EQ so Important? • Distressing emotions that are not managed well affect our ability to think, focus and get work done.
