This project aims to establish a comprehensive digital library for regulatory information concerning ground transportation and airports. With the increasing demand for accessible data, the library serves as a vital resource for city ordinances and airport regulations across the U.S. and Canada. The methodology involves collecting and sorting municipal codes, maintaining both electronic and physical formats, and ensuring user-friendly access through various platforms. The initiative highlights the importance of keeping information current while addressing inherent limitations in resource availability and document updates.
