  3. Action Plan • Target areas: 6 provinces: Kampot, Kandal, Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Cham, Battambang and Siem Reap • Resources: • - Local • - Thailand • - Israel and Networking • Responsible Persons • - Chou Cheythyrith • - IPM Team and

  4. Action Plan • Objectives: • 1). To increase the awareness of important of post harvest practices with IPM trainers. • 2). To improve post harvest handling on Organic Chili production in Kampong Cham province.

  5. Objective 1: To increase the awareness of important of post harvest practices with IPM trainers Expected Output: PC and IPM trainers in 6 provinces will be able to educate vegetable farmers to reduce losses post harvest.

  6. Objective 2: To improve post harvest handling on Organic Chili production in Kampong Cham province Expected Output: 44 organic chili growers will get at least 0.5kg per chili plant and post harvest losses only 10-15%

  7. Technical Backstopping • Experts/resource persons from Thailand and other countries based on needed.
