  5. Six Year Projections 0.83% increase The drop in the high school population in 2013 is due to a small 9th grade class entering high school that year. (Current 8th graders)

  6. The average enrollment for the elementary schools is currently 654 students.

  7. American HSAA Irvington HSAA Kennedy HSAA Mission HSAA Washington HSAA The average capacity for the elementary schools is currently 691 seats at a loading factor of 24:1 for grades K-3 and 30:1 for grades 4-6. The blue line represents an enrollment/capacity of 850.

Statistics • Current 2012/13 enrollment is 33,050. • The enrollment in 2012/13 increased by 570 or 1.75% compared to the enrollment of 32,480 in 2011/12. • Overall Kindergarten capture rate increased by 3.6%. • The SchoolWorks projection for 2018 is 34,464. • The growth is a net increase of 1,414 students or 4.28% of the current enrollment.
