  3. Set up! • Consultant delivered – me! • All age referrals accepted • Not widely advertised • Support from OPD nurses • Rapid access to neuroimaging • Close liaison with PLL, PHN; OT; PT • Local IWA assessments

  4. Recent developments • Case by case referral to expert clinical neuropsychologist • CNS support pending • Increasing liaison with Alzheimer’s society locally
