  12. Now What? • Use the information! • Wrap programming goals around interests of the members • Track attendance at meetings and events • Did you find any hidden members? • Plan a re-survey in a year or two and see if there is change

New Membership Orientation • New Member packet • Include happenings in the section, welcome letter, list of committees, contacts, recent newsletter, facts about SWE and the Section • Recognize New Members and Guests at meetings • Get them involved – see where there interests are and be proactive.

  15. Don’t Forget to… • Update your Membership Profile online! • Check of personal information such as mailing address, email address, receiving the SWE magazine, and more. • This will enhance each sections ability to distribute SWE Section information.
