OLBI: Testing and Evaluation • A leader in the creation and development of instruments for testing and evaluating language skills, in Canada and internationally. • ESL and FLS proficiency tests; • CanTEST and TESTCan; • Certification of language skills; • TCF (Test de connaissance du français). • Administers these instruments for the benefit of universities, governments, public institutions and the private sector.
