  2. Cause Heverill Fire Department Aerial Ladder Failure

  3. Failure • Their were trying to make a ladder to reach people in high building trough the windows and rooftops • In Heverill Fire Department the ladder’s poor design lead to an disaster and caused the fire truck’s ladder to collapse.

  4. Make It Better • They could've made better design and stronger materials for heat and weight • They rebuilt the ladder • Failing is good because it helps you learn from your mistakes so you can improve your design
