SECRETARY • Attend District Club Officer Training • Maintain Membership Roster • Submit New Officer List to WHQ (maintain) • Keep Club files – Charter, Bylaws, minutes • Attend Club Officer meetings • Record meeting minutes • Greet members and guests • Presiding Officer
TREASURER • Attend District Club Officer Training • Prepare a Budget • Update Signature Cards with Bank • Semi-annual Dues Statements (8/15 & 2/15) • Collect and Pay Dues to WHQ (10/1 & 4/1) • Submit new member applications and dues promptly to WHQ • Pay bills as due
TREASURER • Keep records of all financial transactions • Present financial reports • Attend Club Officer meetings • Greet members and guests • Presiding Officer
