Cumulative Survival Analysis in Rats Treated with Various Doses of Olanzapine

This study examines the cumulative survival rates in a controlled animal model following administration of different dosages of Olanzapine (OLZ) and vehicle (VEH). Dosages of 1.0 mg/kg, 25 mg/kg, and 8.60 mg/kg OLZ were assessed to understand the drug's impact on survival over a specified restriction period. Findings indicate significant variance in survival rates, highlighting implications for therapeutic dosing and safety profiles of Olanzapine in pharmacological interventions.
