This study investigates the effect of the K65R mutation on the formation of the reverse transcriptase (RT) complex with T/PEFdA-MP. Using varying ratios of RT to T/PEFdA-MP, we analyze how the K65R mutation influences complex stability and formation. The results are key to understanding resistance mechanisms in viral replication processes. Additional Figure 1 provides further insights into the complex interactions and ratios examined, illustrating the mutation's role in altering RT functionality and binding dynamics.
