SECTOR DELAWARE BAY – Maritime All Hazard Response • Day 1 • Notification by landfill truck driver at 0530 • MAHR Duty Team on-scene at 0645 -Observed Approx. 3,000 gallons of oily mixture in pier -Opened OSLTF with $25,000 ceiling -Hired OSRO, Clean Venture Inc. and requested 200 ft. of boom (On Scene in 2 hrs) -Notified local and state agencies Wednesday 24 Sept 08
