  2. Long-term Goal • Encourage my students to adopt independent learning methods and to minimize my help and assistance. • Students will able to create new ideas and strategies and will portray their efforts in creative writing

  3. Short-term Goals • Encourage students to read and comprehend literature material independently. • Focus on helping the weak students by giving them additional time and assistance.

Instructional Strategies and Tasks • Encourage students to use vocabulary in daily conversation. • Research work will be given in order to work in groups/pairs • Ask questions that encourage critical thinking. • Students will learn time management by dividing it smartly. • Sharing is learning.

Solutions To Anticipated Challenges • Reading and learning vocabulary Solution, making sentences of the difficult words after reading. • Usage of thesaurus Solution, by giving them an exercise per week learning 5 new words • Assessing students in the end of month by giving them exercise of writing a story so they can use those words they have learnt during last month
