Recruitment Strategies • Offer officiating as an alternative to less talented players who love the sport. • With the emphasis on younger officials it is imperative that we start them earlier in order that they can achieve the international goal
Recruitment Strategies • Offer officiating to players who can no longer play. • Injury and age can provide many officials. Realistic expectations by the individual and the sport can greatly enhance the contribution.
