  2. Long-term Goal • Adopt 21st century teaching strategies to intensify students’ internalization and actualization of EdukasyonsaPagpapahalaga.

  3. Short-term Goals • Improve my questioning style with students to cue critical thinking. • Utilize encouraging phrases to motivate students to be more interactive with teaching-learning process. • Promote collaboration of students through group workshops and sharing.

  4. Instructional Strategies and Tasks I will ask questions that will stimulate reasoning ability of students. I will allow students to gather in group and discuss situations/ cases given involving EdukasyonsaPagpapahalaga. • I will develop more chances for my students to respond to higher order thinking skills questions. • I will give enough time to students for collaboration thru group dynamics, workshops and mind & task sharing.

Solutions to Anticipated Challenges Challenges Solutions Explain well to students the advantages of the new method and its benefit in future education Have the advance booking Encourage the EP department to acquire multimedia facilities Assign particular task for a learner to perform • Parents may not be supportive of my new method • Facilities may not be available and/or accessible • Individualistic students may not be able to work well in group

  8. Conclusion • EdukasyonsaPagpapahalaga as a subject has varied traditional strategies which may probably bore learners through the years and the advent of the 21st century skills will definitely deliver a more self-directed learning and it is highly recommendable to their generation.
