  3. The diet of The Bald Eagle mainly consists of fish but also include, waterfowl, and small mammals like squirrels, prarie dogs, racoons, a and rabbits, thus making it a Carnivore. Diet

  4. A Bald Eagle typically nests in forested areas adjacent to large bodies of water, staying away from heavily populated areas. Bald Eagles are tolerant around humans when feeding, and may gather around fish processing plants, dumps, and under dams where fish concentrate. When perching, Bald Eagles prefer tall, well developed trees that afford a wide view of surroundings. During the winter seasons, Bald eagles can also be seen in dry, open uplands if there is access to open water for fish. Habitat

  5. Bald Eagles communicate Physically, and Oraly, Bald Eagles will circle over or chase animals they see intruding on their area. If another Eagles were to be noticed by a Bald Eagle feeding in it’s territory it will raise it’s wings and talons, in an attempt to scare the other Eagle off. • The Bald Eagle uses Bio-Aerial locomotion Communication/Locomotion

Young bald Eagles aren't "Bald" they are actually the same brown color all over their body until they reach the age of around 5-6. • Bald Eagles usually stay with one partner throughout their entire life span. • A Bald Eagles life span is pretty long, the longest living Bald Eagle that was named, "York" died at the age of 38. • Female Bald Eagles tend to be larger than male Bald Eagles. • Bald Eagles tend to be "Dare Devils" sometimes, when they are high above the ground they sometimes like to lock talons with each other and plummet to the ground, scientists believe that this is a courtship ritual or a territorial battle.
