Include Coordination of internal and external evaluations (i.e., exercises, performance tests) Improvement system ensuring that findings are corrected, verified, and validated Lessons learned program (internal and from federal agencies and related commercial industry) Internal assessments—basis for improvement Emergency Readiness Assurance Plan (ERAP) to annually report current and projected capabilities, resources, and requirements Readiness Assurance Responsibilities
