  1. The Management Office would like to wish you and your families a very joyful and safe holiday season. We’ve enjoyed serving you over the last year and look forward to a healthy and prosperous new year together. Below are a few easy, but important, reminders that are essential to the safety and health of our Residents and Guests this season. • Holiday Decorations • The House Rules state “Natural-cut Christmas trees and other such greens are not permitted because of a possible fire hazard. Decorations are limited to non-flammable and Underwriters Lab approved materials.” Fob Policy Please be reminded that Residents should use their fobs when entering the Delaware Lobby. Since your photograph is associated with the fob, only you can use it. Please contact the Office for assistance with Passes for your Guests. Guest Passes While sometimes family and friends can be unpredictable with changing plans, don’t worry! Our team is able to help set up Guest Passes in a jiffy. Simply call or email us with the names of your Guests and the dates they will be staying. We will leave them with our Door Staff for their arrival. Happy Holidays! Garbage Disposals Think that the garbage disposal is the best place for all those turkey bones? No way! Remember not to dispose of bones, grease, fat, glass, or other harmful items in your disposal. Doing so could cause a backup that could wreck your dinner – and your neighbors! Trash Chutes Just like large items can cause large problems for our trash chutes, remember the TWO G’s - Grease and glass! Putting either of these two materials down the trash chute is dangerous and causes significant damage to our chutes and compactor rooms. Photo credit: Marcos Gonzalez 175 E. Delaware Place Homeowners Association Just a friendly reminder, please remember that the circular drive in the front of the Delaware lobby is for loading and unloading area for our residents.
