  3. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOREXHIBITORS China Electronics Exhibition and Information Communication Co.,Ltd. 1. Introduction In these terms and conditions for exhibiting, the term “Exhibitor” shall include all employees, partnership, firm or individual to whom space has been allocated for the purpose of exhibiting. The term “Organizer” shall mean “China Electronic Exhibition & Information Communication Co., Ltd.” (CEEIC). The term “Exhibition” shall mean “AEES”. 2. Application for Participation The submission of the Form shall be deemed as the acceptance of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITING by the Exhibitor. The application procedure is complete only when the Application and Exhibit Space Contract is signed and the payment of the deposit is received by the Organizer. The Organizer shall reserve the right to refuse any application without giving any reasons. The due date of the application is Sept. 30, 2014, applications received after the due date may not be effective. 3. Allocation and Use of Exhibition Space a. The Organizer shall allocate the space in accordance with the Exhibitor’s preference or in the manner the Organizer deems fit. b. The Organizer also reserves the right to change the space allocated when deems necessary in the general interest of the Exhibition. c. The Exhibitor shall not sublet the space allocated. d. No Exhibitor shall be permitted to exhibit unless he has paid all fees prior to the exhibition. e. Non-payment of fees will be deemed voluntary withdrawal. 4. Cancellation In the event exhibitor cancels the contracted exhibit space, he can ask for withdrawal from the Exhibition. If the confirmation is received by the Organizer within the specified time frame, withdrawal procedures can be gone through. Exhibitor shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total exhibit space rental fee if he cancels application prior to Aug. 31, 2014. No refund for the cancellation made after Aug.31, 2014. 5. Shipping of Exhibits a. Exhibitor shall bear the responsibility and expenses for the transport of exhibits to the Exhibition Venue. b. Exhibitor shall make his own arrangement for storage and warehousing for their exhibits and packaging materials before, during and after the Exhibition. c. Exhibitor shall remove his exhibits and decorative items from the Exhibition Venue within the period stipulated by the Organizer and in-demnify the Organizer for any loss by reason of delay or damage to the Exhibition Venue. 6. Changes of Dates and Venue The Organizer reserves the right to change the date and venue of the Exhibition should circumstances so require. The Arrangements shall remain effective for the new date and venue provided the notice of change is made to the Exhibitor one month before the changes. 7. Failure of Services In the event that the Organizer judges that the venue, the Exhibition or the preparation work therefore shall be so seriously damaged, impeded, interrupted or interfered with by any event of circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer, it may cancel or suspend the Exhibition without any liability or refunding fees to any exhibitor. 8. Security a. While the Organizer shall take up the necessary security precaution in the interest of the Exhibition as a whole the Organizer shall not be liablefor any loss or damage to exhibits or other properties of the Exhibitor or any injury to persons. Whether it be before, during and after the Exhibition. If exhibitor wants to store luxury goods over night, he should take care of by himself or ask for special escort service for which he should bear all the cost. Ask the Organizer for help if necessary. b. Exhibits are not allowed to be taken out of the venue during the exhibition. Exhibitors should not leave the venue with their exhibits unless they present the exit ticket signed by the Organizing Committee. c. To ensure the security of the exhibits, the working staff of each booth should not leave the venue until the security people reach their booth when it comes to the closing time everyday. d. Exhibitor warrants that nothing that he, his company or agents shall do in or for the Exhibition shall contravene any law or regulations and encroach upon third parties rights. 9. Fire Prevention and other Regulations All Exhibits, materials and fittings used or displayed in the stand must be properly fireproofed and be in accordance with all applicable fire prevention and building regulations. Exhibitors’ display shall not obstruct the view of other Exhibitors nor be in any manner objectionable to the Host Authority, the general interest of the Exhibition and other Exhibitors or cause any annoyance or nuisance to other Exhibitors. The Organizer reserves the right to issue such directions as it may deem necessary to the Exhibitor on remedying a breach of this term. 10. Venue and Venue Property The Exhibitors shall necessary precautions to prevent any harm done to the venue and venue property. The Exhibitor is liable to compensate the Organizer for any damage done to venue or venue property. The organizational committee has the right to clean up non-electronic exhibiting products and block out the exhibition space. 11. The Organizer shall reserve the right to refuse any person admission to the Exhibition Venue in the general interest of the Exhibition. Venue Regulations Exhibitors shall abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Exhibition Hall, failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations will destroy implementation of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITING. 13. Use of show booth and promotion materials Exhibitors shall only disseminate promotion materials in their own booths but not in the public area. They should not post any advertisement without permission of the Organizing Committee. 14. Supplementary Clauses The Organizer shall reserve the right to issue Supplementary Regulations in addition to those in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITING to ensure the orderly management of the Exhibition. Any supplementary Regulations shall form parts of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITING. 15. Interpretation Interpretation of this TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBTING lies solely with the Organizer.
