Notable examples include Vietnam's Haiphong and Hue, the Philippines' Manila Water and Maynilad, Hong Kong's Water Supply Department, and Taiwan's Taipei Water Department. Key factors for success include personal leadership, government roles, stakeholder involvement, and effective communication. The Water Operators Partnerships initiative has emerged as an essential platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing among water operators in the region.
