This study explores the impact of TCDD (2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin) on the expression levels of Cytochrome P450 enzymes Cyp1a1 and Cyp1b1 in mouse liver tissues. Using vehicle controls, we analyze the activation of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) pathway, highlighting changes in gene expression associated with toxicant exposure. The results provide insights into the molecular mechanisms through which TCDD influences metabolic processes and potential toxic effects on the organism.
