  2. Where will you locate your business? • How much will it cost? • Where will you get your supplies from? • How often will you order inventory and how much? • How much will your labor cost and at what times will you work them? How will you run your business?

  3. FACITILIES – where will your first store be? How much will it be? (Call!) How large will your facilities be? How much are your utilities? (Important) Think 1 store and later on make plans to add more

  4. How much will you pay your manager? What are the busiest times of the day? How many employees will you hire? How much will you pay them? LABOR

  5. Where will you get your supplies from? One source or multiple sources? What days will you receive your inventory? How will you manage your inventory? WHAT will you need in your inventory? Do your research! INVENTORY

  6. What kind of equipment do you need to run your operation? Where will you buy it? I need an equipment buy list and I need to know how much everything will cost. For example, how many Taylor machines? If you decide on the self-serve model, you will need many machines right? EQUIPMENT COSTS

  7. How much do you expect the average customer to spend at your store? How many customers do you expect to see in a day? How much do you expect to pay for marketing costs on a weekly and monthly basis? How much in taxes? How much in inventory? How can you keep track of all the data? FINANCIAL CONTROL

  8. How can you make your store stay clean? How can you make sure no customers get sick? What kind of insurance do you need for your store? Workers insurance, health insurance, for the fee? fire insurance, delivery insurance? How much does it cost in Korea to get a business license? How often do you have to pay SAFTEY AND REGULATION
