An administrator in charge of an area may also make a formal recommendation representing the area. Advice/Input: Provides input to a decision-maker that is not based on a formal vote. Representation: Provides a voting member (s) to serve on a committee. * College Council includes representatives from each constituent group and members are sometimes asked to discuss issues with their groups. Recommendations, however, flow from Vice President Areas.
