It is crucial for all involved districts to be notified of these changes in a timely manner. The Wisconsin DPI offers a suggested form letter to facilitate the process of notifying all affected districts about changes in a student's open enrollment status.

Change the student’s eligibility for open enrollment, or
Change the way the student’s open enrollment is funded.
