This report outlines the comprehensive physical reorganization of the Mayo Inventory Center aimed at optimizing the storage and retrieval of Med/Surg supplies. By implementing Labor Productivity Standards, the center achieved a remarkable 200% increase in picking efficiency, significantly reducing non-scheduled overtime and temp support.
