  7. This is a fake Spanish explorer who attacked our tribe. • In 1528 PanfiloDeNarvaez a Spanish, explorer arrived in the Tampa Bay area. He and his men found the Tocobaga and brought disease and violence to the tribe’s peaceful existence. As result they became extinct within 100 the next years. What happened to them?
