F11R Protein Expression in Human Endothelial Cells Normalized to Tubulin Levels

This study examines F11R protein levels in human endothelial cells (HAEC and HUVEC) using lysates normalized to tubulin levels. Various siRNA treatments (non-targeting and F11R-specific) were employed to analyze their effects on F11R expression, measured in arbitrary units per milliliter. The results provide insights into the regulation of F11R in endothelial cells and its potential implications in vascular biology and related diseases. The study contributes valuable data for understanding cell signaling and adhesion mechanisms.
