  1. Introducing Harari Toonie Relief Society

  2. Mission: To provide food and other basic needs for the elderly (Senior). We have the potential to change the Harari World; we can not do it without YOU.

  3. Objective: The objective of the Harari Toonie Relief Society is to support the less fortunate Harari’s in Ethiopia. The first project focuses on Elders. The further enhance our work depends upon our financial circumstances, and those circumstances depends on YOU!

  4. HarariToonie Relief Society Founder: Network was founded by Abdullahi Ahmend Aduss “I, A. Ahmed Aduss, believe that it is my obligation and duty to serve my unfortunate Harari. I do not have the words to describe on how desperate the situation is. To see, in person, how poor the conditions are and how badly they need Our support fills my heart with tears. I cannot stand by and watch their sufferings. I decided that I must act.”

Your Role: • YOU can make the choice to be apart of this Harari Toonie Relief Society, and say: “I must act, I must educate, and I must spread the word to our community.” • We urge you and your families to make a difference and support the Harari Toonie Relief Society. • Will you make the choice to help? Will you strive for justice? Can you help relieve some of the pain and suffering? YES YOU CAN! • For only a Toonie a MONTH ($24.00 a year) is all it takes. Here in Canada, it’s pocket change; but, in Ethiopia it’s LIVES that CHANGE.

People • The Harari Toonie Relief Society is dedicated to being the leading Relief Provider for the Harari people. • This is by offering an outstanding relation environment among Harari, and delivering unmatched value for the unfortunate (Needy) Harari while protecting their individual rights and respect.

  7. HarariToonie Relief SocietyService Office Harari Offices: • In Ethiopia the service office is operated by paid employees. Roles and responsibilities of employees: • Pay the needy elderly (clients) • Follow up with clients on weekly basis • Write reports • Communicate the head office which is based in Calgary, and would keep track of how the money is being used and funded.

  8. The relief Message Always remember society, and its welfare. You are a member of society; therefore, you have a social responsibility. You owe your very existence to the similarly society. it’s not separate from you. Individuals make society. Society and you are inseparable; and well mutually dependent. only when fellow members of the society prosper, you will also prosper. Money comes and goes but mortality comes and grow, cultivate that morality. Whoever has morality will never undergo difficulty.

  9. The relief Message • Always follow the principle: “be good. Do good. And see good. Let your tongue speak only the truth. Let all your deeds be helpful to others.” Who ever undertakes service for the society with such a motto will always be happy. • Pride and jealousy are bad qualities. They drive away good qualities, and do harm to you as well as to society. • Be good and do well for others. If someone is in a difficult situation go “all the way” to help them even at your own expense. This is the foremost duty of the human being.

  10. Help ever and Hurt never • It is enough if you remember this motto. Always Remember money comes and goes, but morality comes and grows. • Come and cultivate our Harari morality together. Give us a chance and let us show you how generous you are. • Remember you are Harari and unfortunate Hararis depend on you. Let us serve them with dignity and morality. We will survive against all odds. It is late, but not too late. • We will become a better society. Take life one day at a time. • Only a toonie a month ($24.00 a year) is all it takes.

  13. The Program The program is run by collecting money from donors who are passionate to support the program for humane reasons The running of this program happens with only a yearly budget. Whether you are in Canada or else where, HTRS as the solution from you, will be there. Soon you will find us near you giving help or receiving help. Remember, Money Comes and Goes Morality comes and Grows.
