Agreed Workplan • Objective • To build up a common understanding on system requirements and enabling technologies for B3G among China, Japan and Korea • Output • White Papers for system requirements and enabling technologies for B3G • Scope • To investigate system requirements and enabling technologies for B3G on a technical neutral basis including; • Multiple Access schemes • Component technologies • Purpose • To contribute technical activity outside standardization bodies including ITU-R and APT *Ref.: Annex C in the last meeting minute, CJK-B3G_10_108

Goals at this meeting • Initiate drafting white paper document • Make consensus ToC & outline of white paper document • TTA proposed outline in the next slide. • CJK materials presented in the last meetings need to be also consolidated into the appropriate chapter. • Election of Editors and a Chief Editor • TTA: Dr. Sungkwon HONG (NGMC SR Ad-Hoc Vice Chair, Samsung)

Proposed Outline • Chapter 1: Introduction • General information of B3G studies of each country • Objective & Purpose of White Paper • Chapter 2 : Scope • To investigate system requirements and enabling technologies for B3G on a technical neutral basis • Chapter 3: Terminology • Explain definition and abbreviation of terminology • Chapter 4: High level description of B3G system requirement • Details on it would be proposed by TTA in another document.
