TiVi70 Skin Colour Tracker: Analyze and Monitor Tissue Colours for Accurate Data

Welcome to TiVi70 Skin Colour Tracker! Load a photo and draw a Region of Interest (ROI) to track the actual tissue colours. Avoid the lower right corner colours for accurate scaling. Use the Select COI feature to analyze the colours of interest and zoom into your ROI. Adjust the lower threshold values for red, green, and blue distributions to focus on essential data. Access the Library for more resources and monitor changes over time with photo sequences. This tool is essential for accurate skin colour analysis and tracking trends.

  1. presentation Welcome to the of TiVi70 – Skin Colour Tracker

  2. Load a photo and draw a Region of Interest (ROI) over an area representative for the actual colours to be tracked.

  3. The colours at the lower right corner are not representative for scaling tissue. Click Select COI to get to the Colours of Interest page. Click the Zoom In button to display the area within the ROI.

  4. The Select COI page displays the ROI and the associated distributions for the red, green and blue colours .

  5. Click the Apply button to return to the Main window. Adjust the lower threshold values for the red, green and blue distributions to cut off the lower values of the distributions (marked as green area in the ROI).

  6. Click the Library button to open the Library Page. Click the Zoom Out button and check the COI button to display areas with the selected Colours of Interest.

  7. Click the COI button to display areas with Colours of Interest. Load a sequence of photos captured at different points in time.

  8. Open the Trend Monitor to display the increasing extent of areas with selected Colours of Interest .
