Postural changes • Forward head and neck extension
range of motion • 1-At least 90 degrees abduction in shoulder belt • 2-internal rotation and touch lumbar area • 3-external rotation and touch back side of head • 4-at least 45 degrees pronation & supination in forearm & wrist • 5- neutral hip extension • 6- hip flexion (90 degrees) • 7-neutral knee extension and 110 degrees flexion
