    2. Meeting Schedule City Council meets the 1st & 3rd Mondays at 6:00pm. Planning Commission meets the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays (as needed) at 6:00pm. Meetings are open to the Public All are invited to attend.

West Branch Recycling In order to use the West Branch Recycling Center you must live in one of the following areas: City of West Branch, West Branch Township, Ogemaw Township, Foster Township, Horton Township, Edwards Township, Churchill Township, Klacking Township, Rose Township or City of Rose City. We are currently accepting ONLY the following items: #1 and #2 Plastics ONLY Look for Recycling symbol/number on the bottom of containers-discard caps. Glass, Tin and Aluminum Containers Paper/Magazines/Newspaper/Cardboard
