How Does This Apply to JW and what exactly is C.e.t? • Allows for more flexible class schedule for JW training • Can still partake in classes while on the road and also have some flexibility on how long it takes to finish • Easier to get min. reqd. 10 people due to amount of classes offered • C.E.T. – Continuing Electrical Training • Most courses offered qualify for C.E.T. credits for various state licenses

How will the training be structured? • Most of the class will be self paced with deadlines (depends on class structure) • Some classes may require a few 1 on 1 “shop” days @ JATC. • Will be looking to eventually incorporate webcasts and live meetings to limit time needed to travel to JATC. “Skype” conference style • Classes offered depend on interest • Still will need minimum 10
