  4. COACH YOUR HOSTESS Since we typically party virtually, the perception is that the hostess only needs to do NOTHING to score LOADS of free stuff. WRONG WRONGWRONG! We need to coach our hostesses that the success of their party is 100% ON THEM! We know we are awesome right? We will provide the fun and the details but they must still do their part. They don’t have to clean/get a sitter/feed/clean again but they must be involved! There are several recorded calls and documents under the files tab for hostess coaching.   5. HOSTESS REWARDS Since we party all over the world we talk PARTY POINTS as opposed to dollars. This way you can have hostesses in different Countries and customers across boarders all in the same VP! Ycorporate will often offer specific items, at double points as a HOSTESS KUDOS promotion Points = free and half priced items.

  6. OTHER 411 For local hostesses, coordinate a VP and home party and an office/catalog party all at the same time! All orders placed during that 10 day window will help your hostess earn more rewards. Get together to make a quick video and take a bunch of selfies for her VP. DON’T FORGET! Rewards are good on their account for an entire YEAR! This makes us YOUNIQUE! There are lots of great images posted under the PHOTOS TAB in my group on FB. You are free To use them. HAVE FUN! Post recipes and post videos/music Use fun graphics!

  7. OTHER 411 FLIP-A-GRAM is a great app you can use to make mini video type postings. Don’t use other people’s stuff! This is YOUR party. You can reuse them so it is NEVER time wasted. There are different game suggestions posted under the FILES tab that you can use for your VPS as well.
