  1. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY MONITORING OF USE RADIO FREQUENCY SPECTRUM AND METHODS OF MEASUREMENT. THE HEAD OF SERVICE : HOTAMOV A. ENGINEER : VALETOV R. ENGINEER : OLMASOV A. SAMARKAND REGION

  2. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY The crucial role of development of the concept "the smart city" belongs to the information and communication technologies (ICT), thanks to increase of efficiency in various sectors of economy and approach of an era of the Internet of prophetic (IoT). More and more technical component (ICT) is made by the technical devices using a radio-frequency range (wireless systems of data transmission, smartphones and so on .). Transformation of the cities to the vital environment, steadier, "clever", reliable and capable to restoration, without electromagnetic compatibility is impossible (EMC).

  3. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) means, the ability of radio electronic devices to simultaneously function in real operating conditions with the required quality when radio interference is affected. Radio electronic means emit EM vibrations, in addition to the main one, also in the form of EM side emissions and interference outside the necessary radio frequency band. REM can also be exposed themselves to radiation from outside, created by other technical means. Spectrum of power density of radio emissions of REM:   1 - basic; 2 - out-of-band; 3 - on harmonics; 4 - on subharmonics;    5 - combination; 6 - intermodulation; 7 - parasitic; 8 - noise

  4. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY Unintentional interference. EMC. The first results of solving the EMC problem were private successes in reducing the impact of unintentional electromagnetic interference (UEMI). Then the UEMI EMC problem spread to all types of radio electronic and electronic means.

  5. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY Industrial radio interference (IRI) is understood as electromagnetic interference in the radio frequency range created by electrical and electronic devices of all types and purposes, other than radio transmitting devices operating at frequencies assigned to them.

  6. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY INTENTIONAL ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE Intentional electromagnetic interference is a threat to electronic systems. They can be created secretly, anonymously and at a certain distance from physical barriers, such as fences, walls, behind controlled territory. These interference can affect a large number of objects of informatization and leave no trace.

  7. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY The most vulnerable to this impact are energy, telecommunications, aviation dispatch systems, financial electronic systems, government information systems. For example, in nuclear power, changing information or blocking information centers can lead to a nuclear catastrophe or the cessation of electricity to cities and military sites in the financial sphere can lead to a financial crisis.

  9. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY Monitoring of the radio-frequency spectrum is a complex of organizational and technical measures designed to monitor the state of the radio-frequency spectrum, assess its use, prevent and eliminate violations of legislation on the radio-frequency spectrum. It is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with Article 19 of the Law on the Radio Frequency Spectrum, which was put into effect by the Decree of the OliyMajlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 25.12.1998. For No.725-I. The task of monitoring the radio-frequency spectrum is to provide a general process for managing the use of PSD and solving problems related to ensuring electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of radio electronic means (RM). Radio monitoring is a part of the public administration system for the use of RFS and international legal protection for the assignment (assignment) of radio frequencies or radio frequency channels and is carried out by radio-frequency authorities.

  10. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY Approximate organization of radio monitoring service of the region (Communication between the control center for remote radio control points, the mobile station and other regions is carried out using a secure VPN (virtual private network) of the data communication channel.)

  11. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY The radio control point according to the approved schedule performs: Verification of technical parameters (technical analysis of EMC), detection and identification of sources of interference both among transmitters with permission to use the channel, and among those that do not have such permission. Technical analysis of EMC - control of technical parameters of emissions of RES for compliance with standards, norms and regulations in force on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Technical parameters (electromagnetic field strength, stability, bandwidth, etc.) should not exceed the established levels.

  12. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY Layout of stationary radio monitoring station

  13. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY Radio monitoring stations supply the database with information on the radiation parameters of the REM and real EMC in the air. Through the data transmission channels, the database is connected with all structural subdivisions of the State Unitary Enterprise CEMC for the purpose of operative interaction in the process of radio monitoring.

  14. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY Radio monitoring system of long and short waves

  15. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY The main functions of the FH / HF radio direction finder installed on the Samarkand region are constant or periodic monitoring of the either in this frequency range, prompt detection, analysis and localization of potentially dangerous sources of radio emission to take the necessary measures to suppress the detected violations.

  16. CENTER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY In conclusion, we can note that in the world there is already a practice of applying many measures to improve the electromagnetic environment in the locations of cellular base stations and other REMs, and active research is being carried out in these areas. The task of representatives of the mobile communication industry of the owners of REM in our country is to keep abreast of the ongoing improvements and, if possible, to implement them as soon as possible in practice. The regulatory bodies of the country with the active participation of research and design organizations are called upon to play an important role in this process.
