What are kinds of Membership? • A regular member is entitled to all the rights and privileges of membership as stated in the Cooperative Code and the Coop’s By - laws. • An associate member has no right to vote and be voted upon and is entitled only to such rights and privileges provided by the Cooperative’s By - laws.

  15. Common Bond of Interest Under the Common Bond of Interest – BAUSCOOP is associational. No Application to BAUSCOOP Membership will be accepted unless registered as a BAUSNETMAP Member.

What is SHARE CAPITAL? • Every member who joins - can subscribe to a maximum of 10% of BAUSCOOP’s Total Capital Share ( P 2 M = P 200k ) • Minimum Subscribed Capital is P 2,000 and at least P100 (one share) paid up capital. • Balance Amount of P1,900 must be paid through Weekly Capital Build Up (WCBU) -Minimum of P50 every Friday. • Weekly Continuous Savings (WCS) will follow and will be part of • Special Savings Deposit (SSD) – earning 6% /annum.

  26. A Brief History – people behind BAUSCOOP • ROGER C. RAMIREZ incumbent Chairman of the Board – BAUSCOOP. Presently the Sales & Marketing Manager of PCSO, he previously manages the biggest department of the Agency with the largest number of employees. He has initiated trainings and seminars to upgrade the quality of services of PCSO employees to the public. A former professor at the Collegio de San Juan de Letran for ten years, he has attended various trainings and seminars on Management in key cities of the United States, Canada and Southeast Asia. After his long teaching experience at the Academe, he also worked as Sales Training Officer and Direct Selling Manager with some international marketing companies in Makati. Although Roger is a Career Executive Service Officer (CESO) in the government, he is an active networking professional and is familiar with the operations of cooperatives in the Philippines. Like Henry S. Bausa, his long time friend in the network marketing, he has numerous challenges in life but has managed to succeed through unrelenting will-power dedication and determination. Known at the PCSO as the ‘Action Man’ he has earned the full trust and confidence of the Management and the support and admiration of the employees. ROGER C.
