New Business – Constitution Amendments • The new president elect will take office at the AAVC Department Heads and Hospital Directors meeting in the Spring instead of the AAVC/ACVIM Summer meeting. • The Awards will be presented to the winners’ respective Hospital Director at the Spring meeting which will then be given to the recipient at the home institution. • There will be one regular meeting in the Spring and there will no longer be a second meeting unless deemed necessary by the president. (This proposal under reconsideration pending AAVC Executive Committee conference call)
