  17. Babylon • Babylon was to rule the world for 70 years (Jeremiah 25:1-11) • And Then Become an Everlasting Desolation. • Babylon ruled from 604-539 B.C, which was only 66 ½ years. • Where are the missing 3 ½ years?

  18. Babylon Rules Again • KJV Revelation 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. • KJV Revelation 17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. 4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: 5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

  19. The Missing 3 ½ Years • Babylon will rule the World again for 42 months, which is 3 ½ years. • This is the Beast (Empire) with the Wounded Head that is Healed: • Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven. 10 Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah? 11 And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base (KJV Zechariah 5:9-11).

  20. Babylon’s Destruction • Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come (KJV Revelation 18:10). • And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all (KJV Revelation 18:21). • And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations (KJV Jeremiah 25:12).

Arabia (Currently Ruling) • Arabia is the birthplace of Islam and the site of its holiest cities: Mecca and Medina. • Arabia conquered and rules a fractious non cohesive empire through religion and the sword. • It is characterized as iron mixed with clay, because they are eternally at war with each other as well as the world, and as clay, does not stick together, but as iron occasionally unite to attack the world or Israel.

  23. A Little While • The Prophecy says that Arabia would rule continue “a little while.” This is a cryptic notation meaning a long time with respect to the other empires. • Arabia (Islam) has controlled the Middle East for the Last 1400 years, and is the longest lasting Empire.

  24. Islamic Sovereignty to End • Since the Muslim World represents the 7th Empire, and not the 8th Empire for the End of Days, it will come to and end like the other Empires. • The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap. (KJV Isaiah 17:1). • And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall consume the palaces of Benhadad (KJV Jeremiah 49:27).l

Psalm 83/ A Prophetic Psalm • Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God. 2 For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. 3 They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. 4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. 5 For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee: 6 The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes; 7 Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre; 8 Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Ancient Book of Psalms Unearthed in Irish Bog DUBLIN, July 25 (2006) -- Irish archaeologists Tuesday heralded the discovery of an ancient book of psalms by a construction worker who spotted something while working in a bog. The approximately 20-page book has been dated to 800-1000 A.D. Trinity College manuscripts expert Bernard Meehan said it was the first discovery of an Irish early medieval document in two centuries. The book has about 20 pages and a thick leather cover. The man who found it covered it again with damp earth to keep it from drying out. (National Museum Of Ireland Via Associated Press) "This is really a miracle find," said Pat Wallace, director of the National Museum of Ireland. "There's two sets of odds that make this discovery really way out. First of all, it's unlikely that something this fragile could survive being buried in a bog at all, and then for it to be unearthed and spotted before it was destroyed is incalculably more amazing." He said an engineer was digging up bog land last week to create commercial potting soil in Ireland's midlands when, "just beyond the bucket of his bulldozer, he spotted something." Wallace would not specify where the book was found because a team of archaeologists is still exploring the site. "The owner of the bog has had dealings with us in the past and is very much in favor of archaeological discovery and reporting it," Wallace said. Crucially, he said, the bog owner covered up the book with damp soil. Had it been left exposed overnight, he said, "it could have dried out and just vanished, blown away." The book was found opened to a page describing, in Latin script, Psalm 83, in which God hears complaints of other nations' attempts to wipe out the name of Israel. Wallace said several experts spent Tuesday analyzing only that page -- the number of letters on each line, lines on each page, size of page -- and the book's binding and cover, which he described as "leather vellum, very thick wallet in appearance." It could take months of study, he said, just to identify the safest way to pry open the pages without damaging or destroying them. Ireland has several other holy books from the early medieval period, including the ornately illustrated Book of Kells, which has been on display at Trinity College in Dublin since the 19th century.

  28. Another Sevenfold ends in 2011 2730 Years 720 B.C. A.D. 2011 • The sin of Israel was 390 years. • 390 x 7 = 2730. • Start in 720 B.C. with the Assyrian Exile of the Kingdom of Israel.

  29. Israel’s Exile • The Times of the Gentiles are when Israel (the northern kingdom) is mixed with the nations: • Israel was exiled in 720 B.C. at the end of 390 years of sin. • A Full 2730 years (390x7) from that date brings us to the fall of A.D. 2011.

  30. What’s Likely to Happen by 2012? • Also, O Judah, he hath set an harvest for thee, when I returned the captivity of my people (KJV Hosea 6:11). • There will be a second Holocaust in Israel. • And then the nations (Christians) will return to the land of Israel.

  31. After Israel is Reformed • The World will try to Recover from WWIII • Babylon will be rebuilt • The World will Move Toward One World Government • The Temple will be rebuilt • Christians and Jews in Israel will Prosper • Christians and Jews elsewhere will suffer. • All Nations will suffer along with them.

  32. How Long? • Babylon will regain control of the world at the prophesied date, given cryptically in the Bible: • And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of gold. (KJV Daniel 2:38). • And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will. 33 The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hairs were grown like eagles' feathers, and his nails like birds' claws. 34 And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation: (KJV Daniel 4:32).

  33. Seven Times:A Possible Interpretation: • Seven Times will pass over Babylon until it is restored. • Seven Times is Seven Years • 570-563 B.C.

Babylon Will Rule the Worldin A.D. 2032 • Babylon will be restored to rule 3 ½ years: 2032-2035. • Seven Times are Seven Years, and the Seven Years were 2569 days. • Giving one day for each year, 2569 years is from 539 B.C. to 2031 A.D. • After 2031 Babylon regains sovereignty over all nations.

  37. The Seven Years were 570 B.C. to 563 B.C., a time after Nebudcadnezzar’s Egyptian Campaign when no events are recorded till his 43rd year of reign. His madness was from his 35th to his 42nd year. The End of Days • At the End of Days “Babylon,” symbolized by Nebudcadnezzar, lifts up its eyes and is restored. • Confirmation: 2032 A.D. does fall into the middle of a sabbatic period. • Confirmation: 2035/36 is the next year of Jubilee. • Confirmation: 2034/35 begins the day of YHWH exactly 2000 years after Messiah’s death and resurrection.

  40. Prophecy in Perspective • We must know historical prophecy to know what God has done, and to gain a prophetic sense of what he will do in the future. • Future scenarios, constructed by students of prophecy, will always contain some element of error. • However, it is my belief that knowledge of God's Law, Sabbath, sabbatical year, jubilee periods, feast days, and chronology of Israel will help to greatly reduce the speculative error in prophetic study that has dogged the Christian world with so many wild guesses. • We always hope that we will know the answer a little bit beforehand, but never give up hope that one day all God's promises will come true, even if you have to rethink what to expect if the situation does not unfold the way you think it will. • Why have I done this? Let's just say that I'm sick an tired of the prophetic nonsense all around, and that I have a theory that is actually biblical that deserves consideration. • Let's just say that I actually believe in the Torah and see no place with the freedom to keep it except in Israel.
