Exploring the Effects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Anxiety in College Students

This research project investigates the impact of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) on reducing anxiety levels among college students. Through a randomized controlled trial, we assess the effectiveness of a 10-week CBT program compared to a control group. Our findings demonstrate significant reductions in anxiety symptoms, highlighting the potential of CBT as a valuable intervention in college mental health. Future directions include expanding the study to include diverse populations and long-term follow-ups to assess sustained effects.
