  2. Deadlines • 4th Quarter: Oct 14 – Nov 2, 2005 • Revision: Nov 16 – Dec 2, 2005 Refer to OMB Circular A-11 section 82.15 for more information about revisions.

  3. Yearend Preparation • Test your Secure ID card Certifiers who have not accessed FACTS II recently Secure ID cards expire. Check expiration date on back of card. Recertification – You have been revoked if your supervisor did not respond to FACTS II recertification requests.

  4. Transfer Appropriation TAFS • Receiving agencies cannot withdraw amounts from transfer appropriation accounts. They must transfer fiscal 2000 funds to the parent account via the GWA system Nonexpenditure Transfer (NET) application before yearend closing. • August 2005 balances transfer by Sept 30,2005
