The Plate Method Small Steps Lead to Big Rewards The Plate Method is an easy to remember technique for meal planning. This method recommends a healthy distribution of carbohydrates, a lower fat intake, and a greater amount of fruits and vegetables. It can be used to eat healthfully, lose weight, and/or manage your diabetes.
