Commercial components The lifetime of an accelerator being long and to conserve the technical information of the components used: GRACQ requests to attach in SMARTEAM a PDF file of the component (for example: Technical result of supplier book page) to the item. 1.Composants du commerce La durée de vie des accélérateurs étant longue et afin de conserver les informations techniques des composants utilisés : le GrACQ demande d’attacher dans SMARTEAM, au niveau de l’article, un fichier PDF du composant (par exemple : Description technique issue du catalogue fournisseur).

  3. Language texts The Gracq askes to write all the texts in English. 2. Langage des textes Le GrACQ demande d’écrire tous les textes en anglais.

  4. 3. Fill CARTWEB by EBOM Gracqaskes using the information stored in SMARTEAM to fill in the tite block (Description, Material, Remarks, Ref. CERN) in CARTWEB via EBOM. 3. Remplir CARTWEB par l’EBOM Le GrACQdemande d’utiliser les informations enregistrées dans SMARTEAM pour remplir les champs de la nomenclature (Description, Matière, Observations, Ref. CERN) dans CARTWEB via l’EBOM.

  6. 5. Line colors The Gracq recommends the use of black for ‘mechanical‘ drawings. Specific disciplines, especially for schematic drawings might need the use of a color codes for a better understanding. Beware of yellow which is not easily visible when printed! 5.Couleur des traits Le GrACQ recommande l’utilisation du noir pour les plans « mécanique ». Certains métiers spécifiques, en particulier pour la schématique, par souci de clarté ont besoin d’utiliser des couleurs. Attention au jaune qui n’est jamais visible à l’impression!

  8. 7. Size of the title blockThe GrACQ recommends creating functional subsets to avoid having long part lists. This helps in recovering the different subsets. 7. Taille de la nomenclature Le GrACQ recommande de créer des sous-ensembles fonctionnels afin d’éviter les nomenclatures trop longues sur les plans d’ensembles. Cela permet d’aider à la récupération de chaque sous ensemble.

  11. 9. Component identifications on Isometric views The GrACQ recommends location of components on an isometric view, if any. 9. Repéragesuraxono Le GrACQ recommande de repérer sur une vue axonométrique, si elle existe, les composants.

  12. Stickers, Notes and other The Gracq recommends promoting the use of EDMS documents references on drawings. 10. Sticker, Nota et autres Le GrACQ recommande de privilégier l’utilisation des documents EDMS.

  13. The envelope The GrACQrecommends to not use systematically the envelope general indication in the title block. The envelope indication is very often not necessary on all dimensions. • L’enveloppe Le GrACQrecommande de ne pas utiliser systématiquement le symbole de l’indication d’enveloppe dans le cartouche. L’enveloppe n’est souvent pas nécessaire sur toutes les cotes.
