ESTADO ACTUAL DEL PROCESO DE LA SOLICITUD DE ENDEUDAMIENTO ANTE EL MINISTERIO DE HACIENDA Y CRÉDITO PÚBLICO Con el fin de continuar con el trámite de autorización correspondiente, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público solicitó: 1. Ofertas de financiamiento de por lo menos dos entidades financieras: Al respecto se presentaron las siguientes: Bancolombia Tasa de interés: DTF + 3% Período de gracia: 2 años Garantía: pignoración de rentas Banco de Bogotá Tasa de interés: DTF + 4% Período de gracia: 2 años Garantía: pignoración de rentas

  4. INFORME DEL GERENTE 2. ESTADO ACTUAL DEL PROCESO DE LA SOLICITUD DE ENDEUDAMIENTO ANTE EL MINISTERIO DE HACIENDA Y CRÉDITO PÚBLICO • 2. Solicitud de Minuta de Contrato de empréstito y pagaré. • Bancolombia, el día viernes 15 de marzo de 2013 enviará directamente al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público estos documentos debidamente diligenciados para revisión final y observaciones a corregir por parte del Ministerio. • Se espera que el comité de crédito de Bancolombia S.A., apruebe esta solicitud durante el mes de marzo de 2013.
