  2. Our Experience • University of South Australia in Adelaide • Semester 2 of 2012 February – July • We study Marketing and Hospitality

  3. Accommodation • Both of us arrived in Adelaide without any accommodation pre-arranged. • Sorted it out within the first week. • Costs • Between $200 and $320 per week • £520 - £ 850 a month

  4. Travels We had some amazing travels: • Melbourne • Great Ocean Road • Sydney • Bali • South East Asia

  5. Benefits of Oz and Unisa • Weather • Beaches • Similarity to home - UK • Possibility of getting a part time job – Great wages • City Centre Campus • Classes prepare you for 4th year • Lots of Exchange events and many exchange students

  6. Drawbacks of Oz and Unisa • Costs • Size of country makes travelling hard and expensive • Timing of the semester - finish much later • Different levels course work - maybe more work • Unisa do not have accommodation • Adelaide is a smallish city

  7. But we loved it…! • If you make the most of it…It doesn't matter where you go… you will love it…!
