Who was the first to discover Australia other then aboriginals • It may have been the Egyptians well they used to think that but someone was found encarving them but according to research the Dutch were the first. They Landed in Australia in 1606.There journey to Australia was rough and difficult and they also landed in Tasmania but did not claim nor Australia or Tasmania, thinking it would not make any impact! • His name was Willem Janszoon. One of his sailors actually spotted aboriginals and reported it When the English found it 200 years later the found some Dutch blood in the aboriginals

  7. what were the aboriginals like before the English came? The aboriginals were very different to each over! There were lots of different tribes and around 250 languages. They were very native and always ate what the killed. They did not economize meaning they were always on the move. If the aboriginals had a shocking appearance they would have a bit of white put on them. Imagine seeing a person covered in white when you were an aboriginal!

  8. Where did the first fleet come from and what was the journey like? The first fleet came from great Britain and there journey to Australia was rough and tough. They had to travel through treturess waves and furious storms. There was also a disseise out at the time called scurvy, so they ate citrus which is something they put in hot dogs, it tastes good with something but on its own it is disgusting. It took them months to get there and when they did find the aborigines, they eventually became a problem.

  9. What happened between the British and aboriginals when war broke out It become very vicious and it started when two hunting mates fought each other. The English man died and war broke out, so the man that killed him took charge. not long before that they were friends but now they are two very different cultures.
